Larynx, Trachea, Bronchi anatomy in 3D

The larynx with its cartilages, the trachea and the main and lobar bronchi.
The larynx contains the vocal folds, which regulate airflow and produce voice, and is innervated by the superior and recurrent laryngeal branches of the vagus nerve. The trachea divides at the carina, at the level of the sternal angle, into the right main bronchus, which is shorter, wider and more vertical, and the left main bronchus.
