Yes. Please note that the purchase is one-time only and it is not a monthly or annual subscription.
Once you complete the purchase it will be valid for the entire life of the app (provided that you are logged in with the same account you used for the purchase).
If you purchased on a device, you can install the app on any another device with the same OS (operating system) and provided that you are going to log in with the same account you used for the purchase.
Otherwise note that iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android and Windows versions are not the same app, even if they are apparently quite identical.
The various versions live on separate App stores so they have different licences.
Licence is granted to the specific OS; if, for example, you have bought the In-App purchase on your iPhone, you can't install and unlock the app on a Windows, Mac or Android devices.
This app is not cross-platform, each version In-App must be purchased separately.
Since our anatomical models are very detailed and since they require a lot of device resources, we have intentionally divided the body in sections in order to let the device run more smoothly and with less memory consumption. Possibly in the future, and only for the most performant devices, we will provide a full body scene.
